Question: Why are more and more people in the world starting to hate Israel and Jews, and many people are sympathetic to the Palestinians?
There is at present a “reproach” on Israel, which will not be removed until a time in the future when Almighty God will remove it; and will bring His Blessings on them (Isa. 62), (all of Zephaniah), and many places in Scripture!
Gaza in particular is mentioned in Zeph. 2:4!
The current events in the Mid-East are probably a prelude to what is to come in the “Jacob’s Trouble” completion; which will mark a major change in the fortunes of Israel, when the major shame itemised in Malachi, will give way to the glorious final dealing of God with the “nations”; which can be seen in detail in Matt. 25 etc.; and God’s “reproach” on Israel will be removed!
Prior to that must come the “man of sin”, probably the one named “the Assyrian”; who according to Daniel is of the “fathers” of Israel; and who Israel trust.
As is well known, Israel do not accept Jesus as Messiah; and are still “looking” for Him to appear; and according to their teachers, is of human stock, not Divine!
This leaves the near future of the Mid-East looking very interesting to the “Christ-One” (Christian), who are “watching” as Jesus instructed in Matt. 24!
It is important at this time to have a News Source which is trust worthy; which is now getting very difficult due to the tendency to “weaponize” the News on all sides.
